Ayurvedic Reflexology Retreat September 2018
This week is open to all body workers as well as reflexologists. A week to explore what Ayurvedic medicine might add to your practice. Special guest Sharon Stathis will give 2 practical hands on workshops, teaching Ayurvedic Reflexology techniques, which can be incorporated into your existing treatment. Other workshops will be about the theory of Ayurveda, including identifying your Ayurvedic type and herbs in Ayurvedic practice. Your complimentary treatments during this week will be an Ayurvedic massage and an Indian Head massage.

Learn more about supporting and maintaining women’s health. Our special guest Hagar Basis will offer two half day workshops introducing potent and effective techniques to promote balance and wellbeing. The week will also include workshops on nutrition and the use of herbs to support women through the different stages of life, as well as some self-care techniques which you can share with clients or simply adopt for yourself. Your complimentary treatment during this retreat will be a Holistic massage and a Mizan Abdominal massage.
