[ut_title_divider margin_top=”60″] Detailed Timetable [/ut_title_divider]

8.00 Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Yoga and meditation
8.30 Tuesday and Thursday: Qigong

Each day starts by nurturing your physical and mental well being. These sessions are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and individual requirements can be accommodated for.
The practice room offers stunning views across the mountains to the sea. Like the rest of the programme this session is optional, so if your needs are better served by staying in bed that’s fine too.

10.00am A nutritious breakfast

The focus in the Hidden Paradise kitchen is on tasty and health giving meals.
Each day will be an opportunity to experience and gain information about eating well.

11.00 Morning workshops

In this session, workshops on reflexology and the treatment of pain; using herbs to complement bodywork therapies and self awareness, will be offered by practitioners in these fields. The team section on this page gives you more details about the workshops.

Two mornings will be dedicated to sharing our skills and techniques with each other in practical hands-on sessions.

2.00pm A delicious lunch

Making full and fantastic use of the abundant local and homegrown vegetables, local olive oil, cheeses and other local produce.

3.00—7.30pm Afternoon session

Two treatments from top quality bodywork practitioners are included in the Equilibrio experience, an Aromatherapy Massage and a Shiatsu treatment. As well as relaxing, energising and balancing you, you will gain or increase your first hand knowledge of these therapies. As part of the Equilibrio team, these practitioners will be on hand at other times during the week to share their knowledge with you in a relaxed and informal way.

There will also be time and space in this session to team up with one of the Equilibrio reflexologists or other participants for a treatment swap and more in depth sharing should you chose to do so. Whether newly qualified or an experienced reflexologist, learning from and sharing knowledge with peers can be interesting and rewarding. Experiencing each others techniques and discussing methods of treatment allows us the opportunity to look at things in a different way. It can be a great opportunity to build confidence in our own skills and empower us as therapists, especially if we are working in practice on our own or returning to reflexology after a break.

Wednesday afternoon will be free and is your opportunity to explore the wider area, go hiking or horse-riding, visit the local town or mountain villages, Granada or the seaside. Your host Anna will be available to organise any trips you would like to take.

This is also the time to swim, walk, sleep in the sun, to breathe in the beautiful mountain air and to fully relax. There are many interesting books in the Hidden Paradise library which you can borrow during your stay.

7.30pm A tasty dinner

Another Hidden Paradise kitchen delight, also including a sumptuous and surprisingly healthy desert.

Evenings are free time for moonlight swimming, saunas or just hanging out. One evening will include a talk about nutrition.

A passionate Reflexologist, he has travelled the world lecturing in three main topics: the treatment of pain, maternity reflexology and foot reading.

He believes that Reflexology is an wise therapy which works on a deep level and he focuses his work on connection, dialogue and the understanding of the body mind connection. The Reflexology method he has created is based on motion, the stimulation of pleasure and on ways to create happiness in the body.

[ut_tab title=”Workshop” id=”t6″] Introduction to foot reading.

Do you think you will be able to describe the main personality patterns of your partner through his feet in just a question of minutes by only using your intuition? Through this enjoyable, inspiring and entertaining experience you will gain some tips to get started in the amazing world of foot reading.

Reflexology and the enhancement of pleasure.

The Kruchik method for the treatment of pain is based on the detection of painful spots, working in depth, motion and precision and also in the enhancement of pleasure. This concept helps the therapist to quickly help the patient’s body recreate pleasure to deal with pain. However, what can be the reaction when you work on the five pleasure zones in the feet? Through this mini workshop you will be able to discover and experience a whole new concept in reflexology which will certainly add a great value to your treatment.
